I gradually started noticing the improvements and I think it is mentioned that at about a month you will see most of the results -- but you need to continue the regime in order to continue the improved appearance. I have had people say 'you look so rested or something-- you look so good' or 'what are you using lately - you face looks different -- but better different'. Actually they were sort of insults -- now I wonder what they thought of me a month ago!! Well, they won't seem me like that again.
